Sharon is a consultant with "Silent Partners" and works in the education, health and corporate fields. In 2007, Sharon was a Churchill Fellow travelling to the USA to thoroughly research the links betweem School, Family and Community Partnerships and Student Achievement. She has recently developed a framework for Victorian schools to enhance the work of schools in this area called "The Families as Partners In Learning" Resource Kit.
